Prestige Temps was founded in May 2007 by Jolie Boyle, a former sales executive for Audi. After leaving sales, she worked as a freelance receptionist for a year, but the demand for her service was too much to handle on her own.
Jolie set up Prestige Temps and employed two members of staff to keep up with the demand of covering the reception areas of Prestige car dealerships. At the end of the first year, there were 8 Prestige Temps working all over Essex and East London.
During the recession of 2009, Prestige Temps still managed to keep its head above water, where many companies failed. This was due to the quality of service we provide and the competitive hourly rate.
Moving Forward
Fast forward to the present day, and Prestige Temps has moved in a new direction.
In 2021, Jolie noticed a change in the market. Although temporary jobs are still very much in demand, the market for permanent employment has grown due to understanding that people prefer stability.
This is when Recruit Prestige was born. Opening up our doors to a wider array of the UK automotive industry vacancies that require permanent staff - from admin jobs to finance department, sales and logistics.

About the Founder
Jolie thrives on placing the right person for the right job. Outside of recruitment, she is passionate about Martial Arts.
She has been training in Kickboxing since 2005 and in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 2011. It takes dedication, motivation and plenty of commitment to train and compete at a high level, and Jolie takes this work ethic into running Recruit Prestige.
